The URLAS Elementary School, located in Ansbach, will be a elementary school for 500 children, who will be taught according to the 21st Century School Concept.

The concept combines classrooms and exercise areas, so that the grades are grouped into so-called neighborhoods. Widened corridors in these neighborhoods not only serve to access the classrooms, but also become part of the learning spaces and are capable of dynamically changing class sizes.

In addition to the classrooms, the spatial program includes a library, a multi-purpose room with a spacious staircase leading to a stage, a dining room with an attached kitchen, administrative and counseling rooms, and a sports hall or gymnasium with adjoining rooms.
